If the Self Checker indicates that you are not eligible for Targeted Affordable Rental Housing check you have entered your information in the Self-Checker correctly, following all instructions.

If you are under the TARH income thresholds

Check your household income against the Band A Income & Assets Limits and complete a Housing Options Assessment.

If you are over the TARH income thresholds

Check your household income against the Income & Asset Limits -Band B.
