Alterations to Property

All tenants must have prior written approval from Stellar Living before making any alterations or additions to their rental home. This is a standard term of your Tenancy Agreement.

A request can be made using our standard form called ‘TENANTS ALTERATIONS / ADDITIONS REQUEST FORM’. This is available from your Property Officer.

A request can also be made to Stellar Living to Affix Furniture using Form 24 – Form 24 – Request to Stellar Living to Affix Furniture.

Stellar Living will not unreasonably withhold permission, but we may require certain conditions to be agreed in writing before the commencement.

Please note: “The tenant must not erect or install any inflatable, portable or permanent swimming pool, spa, pond or water feature on the premises” is also a clause of your Tenancy Agreement.
