Tenancy & Property Officer

We are currently seeking a Tenancy & Property Officer to manage a portfolio of housing properties across the Perth metropolitan area.

Based at our Thornlie office, this a varied, hands-on role combining tenancy management, property inspections, rent administration, maintenance coordination and tenant support. You will have the opportunity to use your tenancy and property management expertise while helping individuals and families establish secure, sustainable homes.

About you

You will be comfortable balancing the legislative, financial and administrative requirements of tenancy & property management with the individual circumstances of tenants.

You will have experience in a similar tenancy or property management position and demonstrated knowledge and practical understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 1987. You will have the ability to manage a busy and varied property portfolio and an understanding of the circumstances affecting people experiencing housing stress, housing crisis or other vulnerabilities.

You must have a current Western Australian driver’s licence and a satisfactory National Police Clearance.
