General Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for any of our properties, you must meet the following requirements:

• be an Australian citizen or permanent resident and live in Western Australia
• be registered with Centrelink, be employed, or operate a registered business in Western Australia
• be 16 years of age or older
• provide documents to satisfy Stellar Living’s 100-point identity check
• not own or part-own property or land that could provide a viable housing option
• meet the income limits for the relevant housing program.

Please note: Meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee an offer of housing. Offers depend on property availability, suitability and the relevant allocation or referral process.
