Emergency maintenance would be required for faults or damage which may put people’s lives, health or safety at risk.
* Emergency maintenance is considered to be something that needs immediate action, such as a burst water pipe or electrical fault.
In the event of damage to property caused by a tenant, householder or tenant’s visitor, the cost of repairing or replacing damaged item is the responsibility of the tenant. If Stellar calls out a contractor in such an instance, the cost of the call out, repair or replacement will be invoiced to the tenant.
