Pets

We understand that pets are important to people and seek to enable our tenants to have pets wherever possible. However, we also recognise that pets can cause issues for neighbours. If you would like to keep a pet at your Stellar Living home, you must discuss this with your Stellar Living Property Officer, and approval must be obtained before your pet moves in. Pets are allowed in some properties, but not all. Examples, Strata rules may prohibit pets in strata complexes. Tenants on short Fixed-term tenancies or in group complexes may also not receive approval.

You must ask if you can keep a pet and obtain permission in writing. A Pet Bond will be charged.

Please note: Stellar Living is unable to allow any breed of dogs listed on WA’s Dog (restricted Breeds) Regulation 2002. There are no exceptions to this rule.
