Eligibility

Stellar Living seeks to provide affordable housing to eligible people and families based on organisational aims and Housing Authority eligibility requirements.

To apply for one of these properties you must be on the Housing Authority’s public housing waiting list.

In general, social and affordable houses are only available to those on the Housing Authority’s waitlist. Applicants are encouraged to register for this with the Housing Authority and to tick the option to be housed by a community housing provider. This will ensure you are placed on the joint waitlist and will ensure your details will be available to a range of community housing providers, not just Stellar Living Limited.
