Targeted Affordable Rental Housing

Targeted Affordable Rental Housing (TARH) provides affordable rental homes for households on low to moderate income and who are experiencing housing stress. Rent is charged at 30% of assessable household income plus 100% rent assistance entitlement up to the Stellar Living maximum rent, which is 74.99% of current market rent.
You will not be eligible for a TARH property if you are on, or are eligible to join, the Department of Housing and Works’ Public Housing Joint Waiting List.

If you cannot use the Self-Checker, check that you are not eligible for Public Housing (Band A) and your household income is within the TARH Income & Asset Limits -Band B.

Step 2: Apply if eligible

If the Self-Checker (or your own checks) indicate you may be eligible, download an application form and return it to us by email at enquiries@stellarliving.com.au or mail to PO Box 370, Thornlie WA 6988. You can also request a hard-copy form by ringing (08) 9452 9200.

You will need to provide satisfactory proof of income for every member of your household 16 years and over with your application.

Important: Submitting an application form does not guarantee an offer of housing. Successful applicants will be advised in writing.
