Joint venture partnerships are a simple, effective way to share resources, skills and work in a property development.
For example, a business or organization may have some land it wants to develop and some capital; Stellar might provide full project management include sales and tenanting and further working capital. An NRAS agreement might be used to enhance long-term capital growth or Stellar might arrange a mix of sale to private owners and sale into Stellar’s rental stock to quickly complete the project and wind up the partnership.
Simple joint ventures can be conducted under legal arrangements common mining and infrastructure, for example, where each member takes responsibility for specified actions and costs and income is shared, but there is no new legal entity and no cross liability.
Joint ventures can also proceed as new companies with shares divided between the parties.
